This image was captured in the Moraine Park area of Rocky Mountain National Park. This was taken in September during rutting season. The bull elk is bugling. His harem is nearby just outside of the photograph. This was taken in late evening.

In the early 1980's, I purchased a Canon SLR and have been an avid photographer since. My interests cover a wide range including landscape, nature, travel, wildlife and surfing photography.
