This image of Lake Kaweah was captured just before sunset on a cloudy day. Lake Kaweah is located near Three Rivers, California which is close to the south entrance to Sequoia National Park. The late evening light produced beautiful golden colors.
In the early 1980's, I purchased a Canon SLR and have been an avid photographer since. My interests cover a wide range including landscape, nature, travel, wildlife and surfing photography. I am always searching for the next image. The joy of photography for me is this search and the discovery of an image and then, of course, capturing it in a pleasing way.
