This photograph is of a foggy field and hillside in New Brunswick, Canada. The image was captured in the early morning and the fog was beginning to break away for what turned out to be a very sunny and beautiful day. The marine layers filtered the sunlight to create a charming early autumn scene with warm colors.

In the early 1980's, I purchased a Canon SLR and have been an avid photographer since. My interests cover a wide range including landscape, nature, travel, wildlife and surfing photography. I am always searching for the next image. The joy of photography for me is this search and the discovery of an image and then, of course, capturing it in a pleasing way. While on this constant quest for the next image, sometimes I learn to see things in a different way. This is also part of the joy of photography.
